7 Days Peace of Mind Money Back Guarantee on all Orders subject to a service fee of 15% and buyer must return item at own expense. Items must be returned in original condition with all original packaging and must be fully cleaned as stated in operations manual instructions before returning to avoid bacteria growth inside otherwise a cleaning fee of £50 will be deducted from the refund amount.

All items are Brand New Boxed unless otherwise stated and come with 1 Year Manufacturer RTB Parts Warranty, Please register for warranty online direct with the manufacturer and in the unlikely event of a problem please claim warranty direct with the manufacturer.

If a fault is developed within 7 days of delivery we will replace the item with a new one subject to the faulty item is returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery and the fault is reported with in 7 days from the date of delivery. A refund will only be issued if a replacement is not available for any reason. If a refund is requested by the buyer in the case where replacement is available it will be classed as a standard return and 15% service fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. Please note buyer is responsible for return postage costs regardless of the reason of the return.

If a fault is developed after 7 days of delivery, it is covered under Manufacturer RTB Parts Warranty Only and does not include Labour Warranty.  No refund will be issued incase of a warranty claim after the 7 days period.

Any damaged on delivery items should be signed “Damaged” at the time of Delivery as per rules by the courier insurance companies, we will not be held responsible if the item is not reported damaged at the time of delivery to the courier.
